CANCELLATIONS:

RETURNS:
We only accept returns on damaged items. Products and packages are carefully inspected before they are shipped. All returns must be accompanied by and RMA numer. Please email [email protected] for RMA number. Include your name, order number, address, product returning
The alloted time frame for returns of a damaged product on our companys' part is 7 days. Please return merchandise with a note why it has been returned and your contact information.
You will be responsible for shipping and handling for your return.
Return all merchandise in original inner packing. Return to the address on the original outter package.
Ensure the mailing address is correct for deliveries to avoid a 10%restocking fee. Please ensure someome will be available to get your delivery when it arrives.
All items must be in resaleable condition.
Do not deface or damage outter pakaging.
We are not responsible for the postal services errors or damage of your package.
Most deliveries are prompt.
DISCONTINUED AND OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS:
We do everything in our power to keep up with inventory changes, out-of stock items, price changes and so on, however once in awhile an item may be discontinued or out of stock and we are not aware of this until the item has been purchased. If this is the case we will notify the buyer right away. You may choose to wait a short time to see if the item comes back in stock or we will cheerfully refund your money right away.
